To assist you in scheduling your event, the Calendar below shows all currently Scheduled Events and Blackout Dates. Blackout Dates are dates the Center is not available for event scheduling. Just review the calendar, determine your date(s) and contact us by filling out and submitting the Contact Information form or contact us by phone at 254-554-3600 or by e-mail at hheventcenter@embarqmail.com .

We also suggest you review our Policies and Rates . You may view the documents online or download to view or print a copy for later use.

The HHEC facility has 30,000 square foot of exhibit space, 40 x 30 stage, private dressing rooms, full bars (staffed), tables and chairs, and kitchen facilities. In addition, we have a highly qualified staff to work with you on any plans and/or needs for your event.
